Round 1
Battle for the Harbor
As the temperatures drop New York begins to enter Spring. The buds on the trees start to bloom, people know that they've been saved from the icy onslaught. Without realizing it this cold wave also allowed Intergang to sneak into New York and attempt to gain a foot hold on it. Your group has found out about an evil plan to conquer the harbor and gain control of the city's ports. Gather your force and head on over to stop them.
Build: 300
BFC: Deep Shadows & Debris, plus Player purchased BFCs (except Deep Shadows & Damage Control, Ordinary Day does not affect Deep Shadows or Debris)
Map: Any with outdoor terrain.
Special Objects Allowed: Laser Turret, Crate (more than one per Player may be placed), Dumpster, Light Post, Fuel Tank, & Generator. Each Player may place more than 3 Special Objects this round.
Special:
Player 1 places one extra Laser Turret (in addition to any player placed turrets) in the middle of the board (proxy allowed). Also place one Veteran Intergang Agent (Hypertime 015, proxy allowed) on the turret. Once during each Player's turn, that Player may, as a free action, target an opposing character with the laser turret and the Intergang Agent. Do not assign an action token to the Intergang Agent. The Intergang Agent and the Laser Turret can be the target of attacks.
Place no more than one forklift heavy object per Player.
A character occupying the square of the forklift, using a free action, becomes a character on your force with these abilities:
Movement: 8 (Charge)
Attack: 8 (Super Strength)
Defense: 17 (Willpower)
Damage: 3 (Exploit Weakness)
This character and object become one. The character takes no damage in this form. Any attack dealing 3 damage will destroy the forklift, place the character in the square last occupied by the forklift. The forklift moves with the character.
Score 10 VC3 if your forklift character survives (score only 5 if you had a forklift character on your force)
Score 5 VC3 For KO'ing the Intergang Agent and 5 VC3 for destroying the Intergang Laser Turret

The Thaw
The snow and ice begin to melt, washing away all the icy debris.
Build: 300
BFC: Debris, plus Player purchased BFCs (except Damage Control & Proximity Mines; Ordinary Day does not affect Debris)
Map: Any with outdoor terrain.
Special Objects Allowed: Crate, Dumpster, Light Post, Mailbox, & Statue
Special: none
Score 2 VC3 for each Object used or destroyed, 5 VC3 for each Special Object used or destroyed, score 10 VC3 if a Statue SO was used to destroy a wall.
Round 3
Atlantis Attacks!
The ice and snow melted away into the sewers and into the harbors bringing with it all the pollution and litter in the city. The Atlanteans are not happy and have come to attack the surface world for it's transgressions.

BFC: Atlantis Rising, Earthquake (no PLayer BFCs allowed for this round)

Each Player gets to add an additional 200 points to his force that must be drawn from the following pool of characters:
